Many people start using ApariPro to make it easier to work with their accountant.

IF YOUR ACCOUNTANT OR BOOKKEEPER CREATED YOUR ApariPro LOG-IN FOR YOU:

They will already have access to ApariPro and can act on your behalf.

IF YOUR ACCOUNTANT IS NOT USING APARI YET:

You can share information held in ApariPro so that they can easily prepare your tax return for you:

  • Select ‘Record Keeping’ from the main menu.

  • (If needed) Use the filtering options to show the relevant transactions, e.g. by date range.

  • Then select the ‘Export data’ button.

  • You will immediately get a spreadsheet that you can share.
