Uploading documents & CSV-files
Document Explorer
Document explorer allows you to upload and import CSV files, whilst also utilising the ApariPro AI document reader functionality for the following PDF documents:
Property management rental statements
Dividend vouchers
Employment P60s
Investment summary packs from Evelyn Partners
Upload Documents
To upload, read and import documents and CSV files, please follow these steps.
Navigate to Record Keeping and select Import document
Select Upload new document and select the document from your device
If you wish to import the document straightaway then select Start import or you can return to the Document Explorer page/dashboard
How to import a CSV file
Go to Record Keeping and select Import document and select upload new document
Select the transaction source from the dropdown
Select Choose File to upload your CSV, then click Continue
Map the fields by matching your file headers to APARI column headers
Select Import to finalise the upload
The data will be added to your unassigned transactions.
