Reviewing your transactions & Exporting data

Reviewing your transactions

What is this?

If your Record Keeping area is growing and growing, well done! It means you’re staying on top of your finances.

By default, we show all transactions and sort them by date, with the most recent transactions at the top.

How do I do this?

To make it easier to work with your transactions, use the filter and search options.

  1. Search: use the search bar to find all transactions that contain your search term. It will search the Recipient, Description and Notes fields.

  2. Filter: Go into the Record Keeping area and click on the symbol next to the search bar.

You’ll see the options below for filtering and sorting your transactions.

Exporting Data from ApariPro

What is this?

You can export your transactions from ApariPro at any time, for example, to share with your accountant or bookkeeper.

You can do this even if your account has lapsed. We want to empower our users with their own data, not keep it hostage!

How do I do this?

  1. To export your transactions, log in to ApariPro and navigate to the Record Keeping area.

  2. Set the filters to show relevant transactions - for example, by date or by business

  3. Then hit the Export data button.

  4. Your transaction data will automatically download (CSV file format).
